A. Purpose of data processing
The processing of the data spontaneously provided by the User when browsing by electronic means through the filling in of the contact request forms is carried out by ISOCELL PRECOMPRESSI S.P.A. for the following purposes:
a. To enable us to respond to your requests. For this purpose, the following data are required: first name, surname, company, email and telephone number.
b. To allow us to manage applications received and the selection of personnel. For this purpose, the following data is required: personal data contained in CVs – contact details, work experience, etc.
c. IP address and browsing data: the computer systems and software procedures implemented to render this website functional will, during normal operation, acquire certain personal data for which transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not gathered in order to be associated to identified Data Subjects, but, for its very nature, could allow the identification of the user through processing of, and association with, data held by third parties. D. Method of processing
The Personal Data provided will be processed at the headquarters of ISOCELL PRECOMPRESSI S.P.A. also by means of automated procedures in the manner and to the extent necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes. We also hereby inform you that the Personal Data provided will be processed using computerised procedures in the manner and to the extent necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes and in compliance with the provisions of art. 32 of the GDPR 2016/679.
E. Data recipients
The data collected are processed by the Data Controller’s internal appointees who require access to said data in order to carry out their activities and fulfil any requests received, as well as for the technical management of the website.
