We design structures and cladding systems to minimise concrete volume<\/strong>, coordinating structural elements\u2014such as collaborating walls and hyperstatic joints\u2014to optimise resources<\/strong> and reduce environmental impact<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

\n 2. Raw materials <\/div>\n \n

We select high\u2011performing<\/strong>, low\u2011impact<\/strong> raw\u2011material suppliers and use industrial by\u2011products to reduce the use of virgin materials. For 2024 we guarantee that 20% of our products will contain recycled material<\/strong>. We collaborate with local suppliers (zero\u2011km) to reduce CO\u2082 emissions<\/strong> associated with transport. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

\n 3. Concrete mixes <\/div>\n \n
\n

We use high\u2011strength aggregates and innovative additives to progressively reduce<\/strong> cement content in our manufactured elements<\/strong>. When possible, we employ low\u2011clinker<\/strong> blended cement, thereby minimising CO\u2082 emissions associated with cement production. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

We reuse, recycle or transfer production waste to third parties for reprocessing<\/strong>, significantly reducing landfill waste and recovering valuable raw materials<\/strong>, contributing to a more sustainable production cycle<\/strong>.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n

To reduce fossil energy consumption, we have installed photovoltaic systems<\/strong> to generate electricity. This even allows us to sell surplus energy<\/strong> externally, offsetting part of the CO\u2082 emissions from the raw materials used. <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n \n
